Imagine walking down the beautiful Sanibel beaches, and coming across a 25 foot sand gator! Beach art is popping up all along the island beaches, and we had the chance to catch up with the very talented, local artist, Tim Finfrock.
Click here to find out how he got the idea to create such a massive piece of all natural art!
After visiting Sanibel beaches since he was a kid in the 70′s, Tim decided it’s time to move to one of his favorite places on earth.
Always an artist, Tim tells us he remembers making sand sculptures while vacationing when he was little. The sand alligator was created from cohercing of his brother, who was visiting from Ohio. After days of begging, he finally gave in, and it’s been there for over 2 weeks!
Tim’s true artistic passion is painting, to see more visit www.timFinfrockartworks.com
