On Saturday September 27 their was a “A Day for Mind & Body Transformation” workshop held at The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club. The feature presenter who addressed this sold out crowd was life coach and motivational speaker David Essel. Additional presentations were made by Brian Healy (Sanibel Wellness) and Carol Simontacchi (Island Nutrition Center). The Day consisted of inspirational presentations on mind and body transformation, the benefits of yoga in everyday life, eating healthy and also losing weight the healthy way. There was also an all organic lunch (produce provided by Pair-A-Dice produce) prepared by Chef Roro of Rasa. This event was coordinated and put on by Sandy Kostick (IDEAS).
